In 2022/23 Donna was invited to shape culture liternally from the ground up in OZ Minerals (now BHP) WA nickel mine West Musgrave. The successful We Care program involved contracting partners, construction and operations readiness with a shared commitment to build a vibrant, and supportive community that would become a new standard for mining in Australia.
