Growing with Bega

We help organisations make developing talent a core strength by embracing diversity and creating developmental cultures.   In 2018/19 we worked with Bega Cheese to conceive, design and train people in how to recognise and foster emergent capability. The “Growing with Bega” program refreshed what great leadership looks like and encouraged a new wave of ‘culture builders’. What’s different about Element’s approach is that we believe growing people is everyone’s business and that the organisations that make growth on the job part of the culture. We understand the factors that can get in the way and have developed practical tools to help leaders and organisations clear their filters and collaborate with peers to grow others. Our proven approach unlocks greater diversity in leadership.
